Revelations #200 Issue
Can you believe it, 200 issues of my newsletter Revelations. That is over 16 years of producing this newsletter and sending it out on the 1st of every month. That's my commitment to my work. When I started this newsletter, it was on a single A4 sheet, front and back. I used to print it out and give it all my students and clients, today its all created online and emailed out.
Universal Year #8
The year 2024 adds up the to the universal number 8, which is a powerful and properous energy. It has to do with wealth, money and your inner value system, afterall it does look like a dollar symbol. It is actually an infinity symbol, that goes round and round, this is why it is an auspicious number that covers commerce, business and prosperity. Look at how many people have the number 8 in their business phone numbers, or car plates, or even the business name is called 888 Real Estate!
I see the year ahead being a financial and successful year for all. The energy is there for all of us to tap into and feel that richness and create abundance for ourselves. For others that value the inner wealth system more, will also accomplish things, but may have to dig deep into their courage to spend that money or commit to the work. Remember that if its work you love to do, it wont feel like work at all!

Looking Foreward in 2024
 Hold to your hats guys, because 2024 will be a very powerful and intense new year ahead with many planets at that last 29 anaretic degree.
This last 29 degree brings extra pressure and puncutates the message as if the planet is making its last stand, finally leaving the old zodiac signs behind and moving into the next new zodiac signs.
Jupiter and Saturn are the social interpersonal planets, they rule our family, society and our community, whereas Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are the outer generational planets, they affect the collective, all of us on planet earth. These generational planets are also known as the Ambassadors of the Earth, they challenge us to grow beyond our personal and social reforms.
 On 21 January - 2 September, Pluto will move into Aquarius. Aquarius energy will really come to the forefront this year with more power to the people. The old order is becoming more see-through and hollow.
The shift already begun in December 2020 when Jupiter and Saturn both went into 0 degrees Aquarius, but throughout this year we will see more of this brotherhood and sisterhood of man coming into power.
We will also see a greater surge of new technological advancements and innovation whether its medicine, aviation and travel, even AI technology. Also advances in Astronomy with greater understanding of our cosmos and our relationship with it.
On 2 September - 19 November, Pluto will retrograde back into Capricorn into that 29 degree for the last hurrah! Whatever Pluto didn't clean up and reveal before, now is the time for truth to be shown. Corruption will be revealed whether its in politics, medicine, banking, sciences and technology.
 Uranus is in Taurus, on 9 March Mars squares Uranus. Then on 20 April Jupiuter conjuncts Uranus. This is a very high voltage rock and roll moment!
Uranus, think of him as Thor the God of Thunder at logger heads with Mars the God of War. Not a good combination. Then throw Jupiter into the mix, the planet of growth and expansion, will just explode things even more so. No wonder we have all these wars going on.
Eruptions can happen with seismic activity, through to truths being revealed. Things are being shaken and stirred and the only way through it is with equality for all, this is what Uranus demands, it disrupts everything as we know it, it breaks down the old fossilised structure, so we get a bigger broader picture and understanding. Its the Tower card in the Tarot.
This would be the best time to get present and in the now moment by establishing a connection with nature, because these intense, high-voltage moments have the power to completely disorient us and unsettle our spirits. You may actually feel the electrical energy supercharging you. Therefore, be more mindful of becoming steady and stable in your surroundings, you can do this by taking the time to ground yourself, connect with nature, and feel the earth beneath your feet.
 In May, Jupiter enters Gemini. Another planet at its last 29 anaretic degree and making its last stand in Taurus before moving into Gemini for the next 12 months.
I actually love Jupiter in Gemini energy, its delightful energy, its revolutionary, its full throttle energy bringing in fresh new innovative ideas and making big shifts.
But, maybe its not good for Gemini's as it could mean too much energy and excitement for them making them feel burnout, even overwhelmed. Could have scattered attention, and when this happens we may give our power away.
Be mindful to keep your feet on the ground and earth yourself, check in with your breathing, or even do meditation to focus your mind, you will feel more in control by doing this.
 In May 2024 - April 2025, Neptune in Pisces will also be at the 29 anaretic degree. Neptune is about higher demensions, intuition, dreams, visions and higher spiritual awareness. Its also about illusions, victimhood and deception.
During its last transit in Pisces, there will be more pressure and more focus on making necessary adjustments in managing our empathy, sympathy and compassion.
We are being challenged to become more sensitive whether that's within ourselves or our realationships with others. Empowerment is the key word here, empowering ourselves and empowering others. This is spiritual autonomy. Taking the higher ground, understanding the greater responsibility and the pressure of making things right.
 New Moon in Capricorn
On 11 January, we have a New Moon in Capricorn. Capricorn will bring the grounding earthy energy we all need right now. It will aid us to put both feet back on the ground ready to step out in the new year ahead.
A feeling of being composed, focused and ready to steam ahead. Words like responsibility, steady and reliability come to mind, all good attributes to acheive your goals.
Its lovely to have a New Moon in Capricorn during the Capricorn season. Brings a feeling of really being able to stand in your power, trust your inner motivations to start climbing that mountain.
 Full Moon in Leo
On 25 January, we have a Full Moon in Leo. Love the Leo energy, because its all about your self-expression and feeling confident in oneself.
The Full Moon in Leo will highlight the love energy. This is the ideal moment to start cultivating unconditional love for oneself. Loving yourself for who you are is the first step. To be loved, you don't have to create anything, achieve anything, or do anything.
When you do, it will then spill over onto everyone else like wild-fire, and boy we all need and want love in our lives. Just embrace this beautiful loving energy for the duration of this Full Moon.
What a wonderful powerful month and year ahead, happy breakthroughs!

Every month, I turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.
These two Tarot cards are loaded on my Tarot Mastery private Facebook group for students of Tarot in Action to explore the meanings and share their insights.
I asked the Tarot cards: What is the energy for the month of January 2024?
What do we need to be mindful of for this entire month?
I turned over 3 of Pentacles in the Conscious position and 5 of Cups in the Unconscious position.
  The first thing I notice that is similar between these two cards, is that they both have a lot of black in them. Black is the colour of unmanifested light, its still in the dark, it is still being worked on.
The background in 3 of Pentacles is black and I like how it highlights the grey framework of the temple. Grey is the colour of wisdom and knowledge. The temple is also a spiritual place of worship and knowledge.
You will also notice that this is the only pentacles card where the pentacles are black, suggesting that there is work that still needs to done. To support this, the builder has the hammer in his hand and the architect has the plans in his hands. The monk probably had the ideas and it has taken all 3 of them to build and maifest it.
The 5 of Cups wearing the black robe looks very closed off, he or she is showing you their back. The background is grey in colour as well. Maybe one has to turn inward to reflect and review where they are at.
Cups have to do with emotions and feelings, maybe this person has turned inward to work through their emotional issues and let them settle within first before turning things around and getting on with it.
Summary...
January has a deep emotional feeling to it. Maybe during our Xmas celebrations we have been feeling sombre with what is going on in the world around us. This may be a good thing because it show us how luck we are here, and we appreciate things more.
Going within to work on oursleves is so important, because when we come back out, this is when we change things and make everything even better.
I know that Mercury has been retrograde and it will go direct on the 1st January. Mercury the planet of the mind and our mental abilities is working on the innerside, this is when we become clear and decisive, so that when its time to act, we will do it with confidence and assertiveness.

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC
 The date was set for the 2023 Annual LunaBears picnic. Thank you to Mastersons Bar for holding a fabulous space for our picnic. A much heartfelt thank you to all that attended and thank you to everyone that contributed.
We raised $690 in October 2023
The funds raised go directly to the Bear Sanctuary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through the Free The Bears org with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
