This time last year, I launched my new Tarot in Action website. Now, we are working on the Healers and Psychics Directory, hopefully it will be launched by Xmas this year.

All this would not be possible without my friend Andre. Andre is a powerhouse when it comes to being the best Mum in the world, also a Taekwondo Instructor of Self-Defence Hub, Directror of (VSBN) Victorian Small Business Network, and Marketing extraordinaire of Goodness Greatness. 

It could take years to work on and set up a successful business. Still today my website needs tweaking and updating, I am always adding new information, it's an ongoing process. In my early days, I had to pay for advertising everywhere, today you have all this social media for free. Then there are new techniques you can implement, like AI and Chat GPT that has entered the equation taking business to a whole other level.

Whichever way you go, you cannot do it alone, you need a team around you. Even your Accountant and Bank Manager are part of your team. Set yourself up with a strong team of people around you, keep yourself open to learning tricks of the trade, build relationships and most of all, have fun doing it, then it won't feel like work at all!

1. Astrological Forecast for the Month

On 3 July, we have a Full Moon in Capricorn. Pay attention to this Full Moon due to the opposition of the Sun and Mercury's conjunction in Cancer.

Pluto will be making many statements throughout this whole month of July. Pluto in Capricorn at that anaretic 29 degree infused with this Full Moon in Capricorn is asking us to use our power in a powerful way. Remember that your real empowerment comes from within.

This planetary configuration is asking us to use our body, mind and spirit connection, to be conscious of our intuition, let it come through the body and out into the world. This Full Moon in Capricorn is asking us to be efficient and dynamic in our everyday life.

On 10 July, Mars will enter Virgo and Mercury is opposing Pluto. Mars leaves the sign of Leo and moves into earthy Virgo. Once again Pluto is making its statement.

Mars' dynamic in Virgo is considerably different. Mars in Virgo urges us to act with humility and to be of service. Release the urge for praise and recognition, and use your energy productively without worrying about getting everyone's attention or being at the top of the heap. Simply do a good job. This is the true form of Mars in Virgo energy.

On this same day of 10 July, we have Mercury opposing Pluto. Pluto is demanding we pay attention for this whole month.

This Mercury opposing Pluto is asking us to use our intellect and power together. Speak with loving authority rather than being egotistical or coming from that autocratic power. It's a complete connection between the body, mind and spirit, imbued with humility and selflessness.

On 11 July, we have Mercury entering  the next sign of Leo.  Leo always asks us to open our hearts.

Here is the opportunity to exercise our self-confidence with our authentic inner voice. It's all about speaking truthfully, and coming from your truth.

Allow the heart chakra to flow out into the world via the throat chakra. Infusing the heart and throat chakras together and send that love energy out into the world. Nothing is more wonderful than having your words of power flowing from your heart.

 Also on 17 July, we have a New Moon in Cancer.  The Moon rules Cancer, so it is very comfortable here, we are given the opportunity to embrace a new emotion.

What is note worthy here is that this New Moon is opposing Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto is expressing itself once again, so pay attention. Pluto challenges us to assert our authority and to stand in our power.

This New Moon in Cancer is very potent, it is asking us to open up to our true power, that is filled with compassion and love. To be nurturing to ourselves as well as to others, empowering ourselves, our loved ones and the world around us.

On 20 July, we have Mars opposite Saturn. Mars is known as the God of War, he is fiery, determined action energy while Saturn is known as the Hard Task Master, he is earthy, practical and grounded energy.

These two planets can be at logger heads, but let's see how we can use this energy at its highest level. In the real world, you would want to apply Saturn's strategic disciple together with the desire, motivation and efficiency of Mars to get things done.

If these two planets are working together they are incredibly resourceful, capable of problem-solving, and capable of accomplishing a tremendous amount of work.

When these two planets are not getting along, we get irritation and frustration, anger and meanness, rage and even cruelty can result. Some individuals may react this way, but you don't have to. You can choose the higher ground, which combines the power of inspiration with the discipline, and get things done.

On 23 July, Venus in Leo will retrograde until 3 September. Venus won't leave Leo until the beginning of October. During this prolonged Venus transit through Leo, we have to opportunity to experience greater harmony, grace, beauty, and love in our lives.

Through this retrograde period, we also get the chance to evaluate our interpersonal connections and relationships. Determine whether we have equality in our relationships and whether we have progressed through them. If there is equality in the relationships, you will see the beauty and harmony shining through.

Also on 23 July, Mercury squares Uranus. Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury and both of these planets connect with the element of air.

This can be really powerful for creative inspiration, for brainstorming fresh approaches to challenges or seeing new solutions to get out of those stuck and stagnant situations.

Suspending your need to be in control, allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment, allowing yourself to generate these fresh and innovative ideas. This is the highest use of working Mercury and Uranus's energy together.

Finally on the 27 July, Mercury conjuncts Venus. How refreshing to see these two planets join forces, something really beautifully creative can come from this union.

Once more, energy can pour through that is extraordinarily creative and graceful especially in how we communicate.

This can be really lovely energy if you have a healthy ego that doesn't require continual affirmation, bragging, or arrogance even. Mercury and Venus combination will function with grace, charm, and harmony all around.

2. Tarot Cards Insight into the Energy of the Month...

Every month I turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.

I asked the Tarot cards: What is the energy for the month of July 2023?
What do we need to be mindful of for this entire month?

I turned over 5 of Swords in the Conscious position and The Moon in the Unconscious position.

Both of these cards seem to be very sombre energy. So I would be extra alert for this whole month of July.  

In the 5 of Swords, we have someone up front holding 3 swords, which seems to suggest that this person may be feeling overwhelmed with making an emotional decision.

He has his back to the water, which is a good thing because he is not letting his emotions overpower him. Yet, there is someone crying by the water which could be the result of the main character making his final decision.

The number 5 is all about changes, upgrades, movement and travel. Something has to change or shift this month. Most people don't like changes, this is why many may be feeling confused or have overwhelmed feelings about their choices that they are facing.

The Moon suggests taking your time and reflecting your inner processes. The Moon does not have light of its own, it reflects the Suns light. This always reminds me to sleep on it or reflect on it for another night before making any decisions.

The red rock lobster is coming up out of the water, therefore you may see something else that you were not noticing by taking your time here.

Summary

Remember that things are always changing and thank goodness for change, I say.

Expect big changes to happen this month. You can either go with it, which is the easiest thing to to do, or you will be dragged through it, which is the hard way to go, either way you choose!

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC @ MASTERSONS BAR
 

Thank you to everyone that kindly donated to our LunaBears for 2022!

We did something different this year, we met at a bar,  Mastersons Bar. We all brought a plate to share and it was lovely catching up with everyone. Those that couldn't make it, kindly donated.

      We raised $540 in October 2022

The funds raised goes directly to the Bear Sanctuary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through the Free The Bears organisation with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
