"Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance.
Know well what leads to you moving forward and what holds you back,
and choose the path that leads to wisdom."

Meditation is by far the most important thing you can ever do for yourself and for your life. Meditation assists you to calm down so you can connect to your higher self.
I like meditations that focuses raising your vibration around love thereby healing ourselves, our loved ones, our friends, including our pets and our mother Earth.
Meditation calms our minds and makes it easier for us to pay attention to the reality around and within us. Meditation breaks through the masks that have built up as our identity. It opens us to higher mind and the voice of intuition.
We can consciously choose meditation as a way to become more aware of who we truly are. If we don't take the initiative to open to our authentic selves, we can be certain that deep challenge and pain from life experience will push us to awaken.
I challenge you to collect all sorts of meditation cds or dvds and books from different cultures, Enjoy the many varied experiences. There are walking meditations and breathing meditations, 2 minute meditations. Download meditation apps on your mobile or while you are sitting at the computer you can even play beautiful meditations from Youtube!
You can work and listen to Meditation music in the background, this will allow both hemispheres of your brain to be involved thereby producing far better focused work.
Meditation today can take many various forms, anything that spits you out from the daily drain of life can be a meditation. Eg: Walking your dog in the park.
