~ September 2022 ~
 For the past 10 years I have been visiting Singapore and Teaching Tarot, Numerology and just recently Astrology Masterclasses.
Lately, the classes have been via Zoom platform which have worked beautifully, I even created PowerPoint presentations which was another challenge for me to learn.
Last year and this year, we have had students from Kuwait join us. It was tricky to work across all these different time zones.
I love how all these new students have embraced Tarot wholeheartedly. It also fascinates me how the archetypes and symbolism transcends any culture we may come from.
You may have noticed that I get called Master Ruanna, not that I profess to being a Master as I have many more lessons to experience and learn about myself. Its just a respectful way of calling me teacher.

 The big thing starting off this month is Mercury in Libra opposite Jupiter in Aries. This opposition will occur three times on 2 September, 18 September and finally on 12 October.
Mercury will Retrograde during this time, it will swing back and forth highlighting our need to be clear in our thinking and for us to feel happy and harmonious with our decisions.
Mercury rules our mind and mental decision making process. Mercury will be in Libra, another Air element, highlighting the need for harmony and balance on the mind level. Jupiter rules our growth and expansion. Jupiter will be in Aries, another Fire element, very fiery energy that will highlight our competitive side, you may feel this assertiveness energy and the need to win at whatever cost. Be mindful of this side of yourself, let the Mercury in Libra point to the fairness, harmony and be graceful about it.
Very dynamic time, we have the opportunity to develop a higher level of thinking, to bring more clarity into our lives, we can rise above that egoic level and bring in more harmony and peace.
There is a lot happening in the world, it is a wonderful time to expand our minds and have a new way of understanding things. Remember these three dates and notice the shift taking place within yourself versus what is happening out there.
 On the 9 September, Mercury in Libra begins the Retrograde period. It will end on 12 October and make its last opposition to Jupiter.
When Mercury goes Retrograde it is a fabulous time to get yourself organised. Extremely productive time for manifesting!
I call it "getting your house in order" time. Work on those vision boards, create those lists and spreadsheets, give it the energy it needs to work on what you want to create in your reality. Mercury demands you be extra mindful about it.
 On the 10 September, we have the Full Moon in Pisces. Fabulous time for manifesting once again.
Pisces rules all those soft beautiful spiritual and dreamy areas. Allow your dreams to come true. Magic really does happen when you believe.
By working on your meditation or yoga, breathing and stretching, dancing, moving and drawing, you can really tap into your inner world and bring through what inspires you. What a wonderful way of bring it through onto the material plane and making it real.
So be mindful of what you are thinking, hopefully that Mercury opposite Jupiter is making you stretch and think bigger, because this is a power manifesting Full Moon energy and you can really make things happen!
 On 26 September, we have another powerful manifesting time with the New Moon in Libra, but also Mercury Venus conjunction opposing Neptune. What a powerful time to plant new ideas and beliefs.
Very inspirational time indeed. What you need to watch out for is not to get caught up in the idealism because then we set ourselves up to fail. Nothing really reaches that perfect ideal scenario and we get disappointed.
Yes, get inspired by it, engage in the hopefulness and the dream, just don't beat yourself up because you are not living your dream, as yet! In other words, don't let your idealism get in your way of your happiness.

1 First Day of Spring!

5 International Day of Charity. Concerned with the poverty problem, the UN called for countries to recognize and contribute towards efforts of charitable organisations and individuals.
8 Star Trek Day. Anniversary of 1st episode in 1966.
8 RUOK Day. RUOK is a suicide prevention charity in Australia, reminding people that having meaningful conversations need to happen every day.
7 National threatened Species Day, encourages the community to help conserve Australia's unique native plants and animals, and raises awareness of extinction prevention.
10 Full Moon in Pisces. A dreamy and visionary mood.
11 National Bilby Day in Australia, is the second Sunday of September, which campaigns for the preservation of one of Australia's most lovable, but threatened, native animals.
12 Bushcares Major Day Out. Celebrating a day to restore and maintain Australia's remaining bushland. Over 250 events held across Australia. (TBC)
12-18 National Organic Week. (NOW) is a week of targeted media and locally-held activities designed to increase awareness of the benefits of organic products and farming production systems and accelerate the uptake of these in the wider Australian community and environment.
16 International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer. This event commemorates the date of signing of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 1987.
16-18 Australasian Seed Science Conference. 2022 Conference held in Brisbane.
17 Interantional Microorganism Day. From health to the environment, microbes have a role and our mission is to highlight and celebrate that on International Microorganism Day on the 17th of September each year.
19 International Red Panda Day.
21 UN World Peace Day. Each year his day is observed around the world. For 2022, we celebrated the 74th year!
21 Equinox. equal day and night in both northern and southern hemispheres. Ostara, Pagan, Wicca. As day and night stand equal, its important to celebrate everything that is great about being alive.
22 World Car Free Day, when people from around the globe get together in the streets to remind us all that we don't have to accept a car-dominated society.
22 World Rhino Day. Celebrates all five species of rhino: Black, white, greater one-horned, Sumatran and Javan rhinos.
24 World Gorialla Day.
26 World Maritime Day, aimed at ensuing that international shipping keeps up to date with technical and technological advances in safety, that it addresses the ever increasing number of environmental challenges and concerns.

Every month I turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.
I asked the Tarots what is the energy for this month of September? What do we need to be aware of for this entire month?
I turned over Strength in the Conscious position and Page of Swords in the Unconscious position.
  Nice to have a Major Arcana show up for this month. I also love how the cards are in sync with the Astrology Forecast for the month as well!
Strength is a beautiful card, I love how the lady in the card acknowledges her wild side. Petting the lion force and the lion licks her hand and acknowledges her right back.
The energy of this card is focusing more on the inner levels. When we ask ourselves those questions like, "Do I have the strength to do this?" or "Where am I going to find the strength?"
I find when people are asking themselves these questions, is when they want to consult the Tarots and have a reading. A lot of times people feel disempowered and out of balance. The Strength card is all about standing in that power when you are feeling balanced.
Maybe this card is reminding you to check in with the self to see if there is anything out of whack and needs to be brought back into alignment. Whatever the case may be, its always good to check in with the self.
The Page of Swords is always ready to jump into things again. Maybe withdrawing and spending time with the self was needed to review some ideas and strategies first on some projects you would like to develop.
Being a Page suggests things may still be in thought level. You can see his head is still in the clouds and the birds look like they are flying around in a circle. There is no formation here yet.
The Page of Swords may be suggesting some new ways of doing things. I know Mercury is going Retrograde in the second half of the month, therefore it is a time of reflecting on how to go about things.
Summary
I would say the month begins with focusing more on the inner self, to internally balance oneself, giving oneself time to go within and feel empowered again. This is a very powerful thing one can do for oneself.
By the end of the month, get ready to begin anew, The Page of Swords suggests new ideas, new insights, new ways or even a new direction.

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC
 In 2021, we didn't get to gather for the Annual LunaBears Picnic in the park, but it didn't stop us from raising the funds.
The funds raised goes directly to the Bear Sanctuary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through the Free The Bears organisations with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
We raised $505.55 in October 2021
All the funds go towards medicines, bear cub rescues, food, Sanctuary upkeep, educating the public, education in schools on ending bear bile farming, you name it there is still a lot of work that needs doing and all that costs money.
