Had a very different Mind Body Spirit Festival in Melbourne this year. It was all online using Zoom platform and it opened it up to have clients from overseas like New Zealand and Singapore!

Hopefully, by November the rules will relax and we can all meet in person once again.

Some of my classes have returned to my shop which is great, I will still continue with the online Zoom classes because I can teach Tarot and Astrology nationally or internationally, no matter wherever you are based. All my new class dates and times are listed below.

1. Astrological Report For July

We begin July with Saturn retrograding back into its home sign of Capricorn. Saturn the Hard Task Master, is demanding from us, not asking us, that we reorganise and restructure just about everything in our life. We may be feeling this reorg especially at the moment with the Covid19 lock downs. Saturn in Capricorn is all about becoming more practical and in control.

Saturn in Capricorn is also going to conjunct Jupiter and Pluto for they are also in Capricorn. These 3 planets will travel together for a while, which could really blow things out or put more pressure on all things ruled by Capricorn, like work, our career, social status, projects and systems. Issues will come up that we will need to face.

What makes this even all the more sensational is that Mars is in Aries at the moment and will square Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter. Things can really heat up here, I mean really get too hot to handle, and this may go until January 2021 because Mars is in Aries until then.

So in July, we really get to practice anger management. We will let the frustration get the better of us or can we keep it under control? Will you tap into the full on creative Mars in Aries energy? You have a choice to make. Be mindful, breathe through it, and use this fiery energy creatively and constructively.

Mercury is still in retrograde in Cancer until 12 July. Once again our emotions are still under review. We have the opportunity to internalise and integrate our ability to nurture and love ourselves as well as others we love.

On 5 July we have a Full Moon Eclipse in Capricorn. This is the third Eclipse in a row and Capricorn is featured once again, that means four planets are now in Capricorn. We are really being asked to integrate and restructure, to organise and achieve.

The Moon is highlighting our position with our ambitions. Are they on that practical level of life? Are we achieving what we set out to do? Do we have the ability and are we orgainsed enough to make it happen?

Get things ready for this Full Moon Eclipse in Capricorn, it will show you how you are handling things in the coming months for there are a lot of planets in Capricorn at the moment, with Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto. The motivational energy is there, along with the strategies and insight. Direct this powerful energy wisely.

On 27 July we have a very powerful New Moon in Cancer. Cancer is the polarity to Capricorn and Capricorn is featuring very strongly in the next few months with Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto all traveling together in Capricorn.

This is the second time we have the New Moon in Cancer, because it was at 0 degrees last month. This is the Universe's way of making a point that we really need to face our emotions and feelings.

Whatever we began with the New Moon in Cancer last month, gets to resolve with this New Moon in Cancer this month. And its all centered around caring for each other, loving and nurturing each other, taking it to the next level so we feel safe and secured.

4  USA: Independence Day.
5  Full Moon Eclipse in Capricorn. A business like mood.
6  His holiness Dalai Lama's Birthday.
8 - 15  NAIDOC Week. NAIDOC is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and an opportunity to recognize the contributions of Indigenous Australians in various fields.
10  Nicola Tesla Birthday.
11  World Population Day.
12  Dr. Buckminster Fuller Birthday.
14  France: Bastille Day.
14  World Chimpanzee Day. 2018 was the first year to celebrate and honour this gorgeous creature.
21  New Moon in Cancer. A nurturing mood.
27  Schools Tree Day, was first celebrated in 1890, is the beginning of Tree Week, which a large number of schools celebrate with activities such as planting ceremonies.
29  National Tree Day. Australia's biggest community tree planting event. Approx 290,000 volunteers plant more than 1.2 million native plants.

2. Turn Over Two Tarot Cards to Answer the Monthly Question

Every Month I like to turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.

This month my question is, what does the second half of this year bring for us? I turned over Knight of Wands in the Conscious position and 2 of Wands in the Unconscious position.

The Knight of Wands came up last month as well, but now we have the 2 of Wands instead of the 7 of Swords in the unconscious position.

The Knight of Wands is so handsome on his beautiful horse,  he is conscious of his skills and talents, he knows how to use them and makes it look very easy.

The Knight of Wands says to me, even though we have been self-isolating, doesn't mean we have been idle. It looks like things as still happening, maybe different things, maybe working even harder.

With the 2 of Wands, we are looking towards the future, maybe looking forward to traveling overseas again. Or for some looking forward to getting out of their homes and away from this lock down feeling.

Wands is a fire element. Fire looks to the future all the time, it has to move, it has burn something, if it stands still the fire will go out. The energy is to move and act. Very exciting energy to be around, very creative, courageous and spontaneous energy.

In Summary, in relation to the question...

The Knight of Wands is going somewhere, he is very active and on course. I believe having a plan and strategy is imperative in any enterprise. There has to be a goal and the steps toward that goal.

The 2 of Wands is definitely forward moving energy, forward thinking and not long before its forward action.

I feel the second half of this 2020 year is more fiery active energy. Things are on the move again, we are understanding our new challenges and have more confidence in working with them all. We are also more aware of balancing home, family and work life.

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC

In 2020, it will be the 13th year of us gathering for this Annual LunaBears Picnic.

Every year we get together to donate funds to the Bear Sancutary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through the Free The Bears organisation with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
 

We raised $340 in 2019!
 

We each contribute a little and together we make a huge difference. All the funds go towards, medicine, rescues, food, upkeep, you name it there is a lot of work that needs doing and all that costs money.
