 Happy New Years!
Another year to create and manifest your dreams. I wish you every success and have fun with being creative in 2025.
2025 is a universal year number 9. The number 9 is all about attainment and completion, cleaning things up before you can start afresh in the number 1 year. The number 9 is also about healing, when you complete things properly, you can let it go and heal with things. The Number 9 also connects with The Hermit energy of wisdom and knowledge, when we travel through our journey, we gain many learnings and become more wise.
This universal number 9 year connects perfectly with the Astrology Forecast for this new 2025 year. Three of the generational planets, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, are all moving into new signs. Pluto already moved into Aquarius last month. A sense that we are all moving through a year of completion and getting ready for a new level. More in Astrology forecast below...

January Forecast
 We are currently in Capricorn season. Capricorn season runs from 22 December through to 19 January. It is an earth element, a cardinal sign and is ruled by the planet Saturn.
Capricorn is actually a feminine energy and can be quite shy and doesn't really ask for what it really wants. Whereas Saturn is the masculine energy and can be known as a hard task master, known for being very committed to work, grounded, practical and responsible.
Capricorn is often displayed as a sea goat. The head of a goat and the tail of the fish. I have always thought this is why they can stand on the very top of the mountain, its becuase their tail is tethered to the the depths of the sea. Meaning they can handle both the material and emotional sides of life.
Big Picture for 2025
 In the first 6 months of 2025, the outer planets will be moving into new signs, this gives us a feeling of moving three steps forward and then two steps back, this too and fro feeling is because the planets will move into their new signs then retrograde back into the old sign before it can completely move forward again into the new energy.
Overall, we are completing with old energy and moving into a new era. It is fascinating that all these outer planets are moving in this 6 month period into new signs. A year of completing and new beginnings, a huge significant shift for everyone in 2025.
Pluto in Aquarius
Planet Pluto already moved into Aquarius last November currently sitting at 1 degree of Aquarius, so its still only the beginning, but this energy is all about the shift of power to the people.
Pluto is all about bringing to the surface what we need to heal and transform, like the phoenix rising from the ashes. Aquarius is all about the brotherhood and sisterhood of man, servicing society and getting involved in projects that transform community for the better.
Aquairus is also about technology and innovation. Expect to see more advances in computers and AI, in transport, in medicine and new farming machinery. You may hear school children developing new revolutionary methods and products that can change the world.
Saturn and Neptune both move into Aries
Saturn has been in Pisces since 2023, Saturn spends approx 2.5 years in each zodiac sign. Whereas Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011. Neptune spends approx 14 years in each sign.
Whilst they have been transitting Pisces, we have integrated lessons in creativity, compassion and sensitivity. For example, we have experienced may floods happening around the globe, this triggered compassion in people and moved them into action, to help and support those in need.
Saturn and Neptune in Aries is a whole other beast. Aries is a masculine fiery energy, now we have that masculine action energy coming through. Its time to manifest the dreams into reality and make them tangible. Aries is more focused, self sufficient, it is courageous and brave. Bringing it down onto the material plane in a controlled manageable method.
Uranus in Gemini
Since 2018, Uranus has been transitting Taurus and on 8 July 2025, it will finally move into Gemini. Uranus spends 7 years in each zodiac sign, bringing freedom to those that embrace it.
Whilst in Taurus, it made us get present in the now, ground ourselves and learn to centre ourselves. Taurus says slow down, what are the plans and what is the back up if the plans change.
Uranus will be most happy in Gemini because they are both air elements. Gemini energy will says let's go! And then ask where are we going and what time are we leaving.
Uranus in Gemini taps into the nervous system as well as the mind. Expect great innovative ideas to come through, revolutionary and out of this world even. Freedoom of speech; keep an eye out on all social media and journalism, things are about to change here. New techologies in computers, AI, machinery, transport and new medicines. Very electric and jazzy energy, it's electrifying!
Mars Retrogrades in Cancer
 On 4 January, Mars will retrograde back into Cancer. Actually Mars will flavour the whole month of January and is currently in the middle of its cycle, it has been hovering between Cancer and Leo for the past couple of months and it will also oppose Pluto again.
Mars is dynamic and Pluto is transformational. We have here the God of War and the God of the Underworld clashing once again.
In a conscious effort, Mars is very courageous and acts with confidence, its fabulous for getting work done and achieving your goals. The shadow side is fighting, being agressive, in attack mode and being war like. If you can integrate the energy, you will feel the power within and turn the anger into assertiveness and have this internal energy and courage to overcome obstacles.
Full Moon in Cancer
 On 13 January, we have Full Moon in Cancer opposing Mars. Now we have Mars also in Cancer flavouring this Full Moon, opposing the Sun.
Mars will activate us into action around this Full Moon time. We may feel the need to nurture and care for those around us, making sure they are confortable and cared for, but more importantly to care for yourself, so book in that massage for yourself.
This Full Moon will ask us to give energy to that mothering principle. We are still in holiday mode so its a perfect time to lie low and relax. Tender loving care time, retreat at home and have a bubble bath or set a date with friends to have a spa experience and soak up all that goodness.
New Moon in Aquarius
 On 29 January, we have a New Moon in Aquarius conjunct Pluto also in Aquarius. This brings in some exciting fresh energy, because Aquarius is not afraid of making new acquantences and new friendships.
Aquarius likes to move past the comfort zone and take some risks. You may just find yourself out there, you may feel you have this positive energy flowing through you and this untapped potential to harness unlimited energy which can shape your future filled with unseen possibilities.
Aquairus is innovative, loves progress and likes to experiment with something new. You may have new bright ideas coming in or find a new way to approach an old problem. You may start a new hobby with different groups of people and form new friendships. You won't know if you don't have a go!

Every month, I turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.
These two Tarot cards are also loaded on my Tarot Mastery private Facebook group for students of Tarot in Action to explore the meanings and share their insights with others.

~ What do we need to be mindful of, so we can make the most out of it?
The Ace of Wands is in the Conscious position, and Ace of Swords is in the Unconscious position.
  Summary...
That's crazy, two Aces show up! Whatever you are planning this is a positive action time for this month.
Consciously we have a great outlook on what we do, setting clear outlines on our work, career and projects in the new year and eager to get into it.
On the unconscious level, deep down we are very clear with what we have planned and know we have made the right decisions, so go for it!
Ace of Wands
Wands are masculine fiery energy and all the Aces are very positive.The white hand signifies purity and there is a white aura eminating from the hand, it is also the right hand which means conscious, active and assertive energy.
This Ace of Wands is also very fertile, you can actually see branches sprouting. There are also yods, which are shown as leaves flying around, yods are extra blessings from the universe.
Wands rule work, career, projects, hobbies and your skills. Whatever you are working on, keep it up! May be a new career path is ahead, or projects are going to work out better than what you first thought.
Ace of Swords
Swords are also masculine energy, and Swords rule the air element. Once again, you see the white right hand signify purity, positive and conscious active energy.
The Ace of Swords is straight up, the whole sword is in the picture, piercing through the crown which sybolises ego. It also connects to the Justice major arcana card, which connects to our truth, our responsibilities as well as the sword of discimination and detachment.
Great card for making decisions and be being really clear, either within oneself or with your communication with others. Cutting yourself free from whatever is holding you back and releasing any doubt or confusion. Its decisive, its fast acting and once your have this clarity there is no turning back.

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC
 Another annual LunaBears picnic was held. we have been gathering since 2007.
Thank you to Mastersons Bar for looking after us. Heartfelt thank you to all that attended and to everyone that contributed. 16 people in total contributed this year, it means a lot to our furry friends!
We raised $780 in October 2024
For 2025, the LunaBears annual picnic will gather again at Mastersons Bar.
The funds raised go directly to the Bear Sanctuary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through the Free The Bears org with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
