I am so excited to now be part of a new industry that is taking the world by storm. doTerra are CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) Essential Oils, which means they have been put through vigorous testing to claim this title.
Yes they are 100% pure essential oils. Yes they have been checked for the right amounts of ingredients to make it 100% pure, and Yes they have been checked for impurities which all the other oils are not checked for.
doTerra Essential Oils can be taken:
I run monthly meetings through my Tarot in Action shop in Moonee Ponds, or alternatively, if you are interested in holding your own doTerra Essential Oil workshop, please call me on 0418 388 712.
Since 1995 I have studied Martial Arts Taekwondo, I have competed in many Poomsae competitions on State and National levels and currently teaching new beginners to Taekwondo through to junior black belt classes. In 2011, I received my Diploma Certificate in Sports Coaching and Development through the Australian College of Sports Development.
2012There is nothing like going for a grading, the anxiety and the sweat all pumping but worth it all in the end. Photo: I am in the front row far right, with others that also graded on the day.

Every month on a Sunday morning, usually around the 3rd Sunday of the month, a group of keen and health conscious people have been meeting to walk a 5 km walking loop along the Marybyrnong River in down town Aberfeldie. We are a committed group and slowly forming supportive and fun friendships.
The Purpose of RiverWalkers is to Keep On Moving, Stay Fit, and build a supportive network to share your journey with.
If you would like to join us, by all means give me a call on 0418 388 712 for the details.

Every year I commit to walk in the Cancer Council annual fundraiser 'Relay for Life'. My Taekwondo Club holds a stall through Moonee Valley held at the Windy Hill Essendon Football club grounds. I am very honoured to play my part and support this event. IF you ever have the opportunity I can persoanlly recommend it, as its not just about raising funds but also remembering loved ones.

In 2002 I was called upon to help raise funds for the CNTF in Sunbury. I gathered all my friends and clients to hire a table on the day, did heaps of marketing and raised over $5,000 for the CNTF.
You can see here the local paper did a full spread for our day. We all advertised our little businesses and together we made a difference!
What a wonderful experience for me and what wonderful people to work with!
In 2002 I was very honoured to open the Kyneton Metaphysical Centre. It was a magical experience. It took a lot of people coming together to make it happen and this was the energy of the shop...a cooperative venture with everyone feeling part of it.
